Catherine Anesi, LCSW, RM, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Reiki Master in Westchester County, New York.  She received her MSW from Fordham University Graduate School of Social Work with a concentration in children and families.  She has worked extensively with families of children with disabilities  within the Westchester County area through Early Intervention and The Committee for Preschool Education. 

Catherine's passion is facilitating groups concentrating on the empowerment and self-care of women.  Catherine is a Level II EMDR therapist.  Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a technique used to clear symptoms of traumatic events using bilateral stimulation.

Catherine is also a Reiki Master trained in the Usui method of Reiki.  She offers private Reiki sessions as well as Reiki certification classes. 

Catherine’s compassion and non judgmental spirit offers a space that is safe and healing.

In February 2012, Catherine opened The Lighthouse Retreat and Wellness Center in Croton-on-Hudson, NY. The Lighthouse is a space of transformational healing - offered through counseling and Reiki services by licensed/certified providers, dedicated to treating the WHOLE person: body, mind and spirit.
